RECORDING AVAILABLE OF LATEST TERRORISM SEMINAR
Companies can access a recording of AAIS's March 5 Web seminar on terrorism by contacting Debra Petges at debp@AAISonline.com. The seminar features AAIS staff members Debi Summerlin and Kim Ward providing updates on AAIS filing action and rating information. Summerlin also provides some commentary on the U.S. Treasury's Feb. 25 regulations for the new federal terrorism reinsurance program.

STATE-SPECIFIC TERRORISM INFORMATION POSTED
Information regarding the AAIS certified filings has been posted for all 52 jurisdictions. As of Feb. 28, non-certified filings have been submitted in 48 jurisdictions and approved in 20. State-specific filing information related to compliance with the federal terrorism reinsurance program is posted at:
