Oklahoma - Change to Endorsements
that Cover or Exclude Loss Caused by Certified Acts of Terrorism
Special 05 03 editions of
endorsements that cover or exclude certified acts of terrorism
have been filed in the state of Oklahoma as replacements for the
multistate 12 02 editions. Companies are advised to begin using
the 05 03 edition endorsements as soon as possible. Companies are
not required to amend policies already issued to include the 12 02
edition endorsements.

AAIS Bulletin 03-0116. That Bulletin and the 05 03 edition

Bulletin 03-0116 will not be distributed in a paper format.
