Arkansas - Change to Endorsements
that Cover or Exclude Loss Caused by Certified Acts of Terrorism
Special 05 03 editions of
endorsements that cover or exclude certified acts of terrorism
have been filed and acknowledged for use in the state of Arkansas.
The 05 03 edition endorsements were filed to replace the 12 02
editions. Companies are advised to begin using the 05 03 edition
endorsements as soon as possible. Companies are not required to
amend policies already issued to include the 12 02 edition
endorsements.

Bulletin 03-0091 will not be distributed in a paper format.
