Postings
Each state posting identifies endorsements and provides
state-specific rating factors that apply when coverage for
certified terrorism loss is added to in-force policies and new and
renewal policies, as well as endorsements that apply to new and
renewal policies when coverage for certified terrorism loss is
rejected. Information regarding disclosure notices is provided
under the "Comments" section of each posting. The
postings also indicate the AAIS submission dates and filing
numbers.
The posting for the states listed
above will be updated in the near future when the materials that
address non-certified terrorism loss are filed.
Forms and Endorsements Listings
Updated state forms and endorsements listings that reference the
certified terrorism loss endorsements and the various terrorism
disclosure notices will be posted to our subscriber Web site,
