TORT REFORM RESOURCES AVAILABLE ONLINE
Reform of the U.S. civil justice system has become a high-profile issue, and President
Bush promoted it in his State of the Union address. Extensive reports on the progress of

The
2004 AAIS Annual Conference will be held April 4-6 at The Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island,
Fla. The 2½-day event features presentations by industry speakers and various social
