2012 AAIS MAIN EVENT, APRIL 15-17

Wheaton, Ill., July 27, 2011--The Lodge at Torrey Pines, located north of San Diego in scenic La Jolla, Calif., will be the site of the 2012 AAIS Main Event, April 15-17.

The Main Event is an executive conference sponsored by the American Association of Insurance Services, a national advisory organization that develops policy forms and rating information used by more than 700 P/C carriers throughout the U.S.

Conference attendees include senior executives and department heads of primary P/C carriers, plus representatives of reinsurers, software vendors, and other industry organizations.

The Lodge at Torrey Pines is a AAA five-diamond luxury resort hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The resort features 170 spacious guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, and two restaurants, including a signature dining room serving contemporary California cuisine.

The Lodge is adjacent to the renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course, the country's premier municipal golf course and site of the PGA Tour's annual Farmers Insurance Open and other prestigious golf events. That course, situated on coastal cliffs overlooking the Pacific, will be the site of the Main Event's 2012 golf outing.
